Jesús Sandoval

Partner

Jesus holds a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from the Instituto Tecnológico de Sonora. He has completed digital projects for Boones, Carlo Rossi, Campo Vivo and Telcel, oriented towards branding and web design. Jesus also worked with IMSS and SEMARNAT in the design of SEOs and SEM strategies, to strengthen their social media positioning. He is a digital marketing specialist, focused on supporting companies to help them better connect with their active digital audience.

Damian Fraser

Partner

Damian founded Miranda Partners in 2018; he was Mexico Country Manager of UBS from 2001 to 2018, where he oversaw the 180-person local Investment Banking, Wealth Management and Equity businesses. Previously he ran UBS’s Latin American Equity division, worked as Head of UBS LatAm Equity Research, and was “Number One” ranked LatAm “Institutional Investor” equity analyst for Strategy for multiple years. Prior to banking, Damian was a journalist at The Economist (economics correspondent), and at the Financial Times (Mexico bureau chief). He holds a CFA, an MPA from Harvard University, and BA from Oxford University in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE).

Juan Pablo previously worked as a TV production assistant, sales executive, director of the procurement division and finally, as CEO of real estate assets at Mexican media group, Grupo Formula. He oversaw several projects including the implementation of integrated ERP systems, inventory monitoring software, led multiple negotiations with key stakeholders and the due diligence and implementation of real estate Investment vehicles amongst others. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Anahuac University, an MDI from the IPN in Madrid, an MBA from IE Business School and a MAM from Yale SOM.

Sofia Fraser

Sofia graduated in 2019 from Sarah Lawrence College in New York with a BA in Liberal Arts, after which she returned to her native Mexico. She has worked in the art world at Christie’s (Mexico), Phillips (New York), and Artnet (New York), and has had experience in both event planning and marketing at organizations such as David Stark (New York), Another Company (Mexico), and Harper’s Bazaar (New York). She most recently held a position at the United States-Mexico Chamber of Commerce in New York City. She is a British and Mexican citizen.
